Santa Claus is coming to town for a COVID-safe visit at the Bessie Rowell Community Center in Franklin Friday, December 4th from 3:30-6pm. Reservations MUST be made by calling Franklin Parks & Rec at 934-2118. Masks are mandatory and all safety protocols will be in place. Santa will remain behind a plexi-glass barrier. Each child will be given a gift and some crafts to make at home.
