Marianne O’Connor is a retired educator and worked as a guidance counselor in Nashua, NH before she retired and moved to Maine. She researched, wrote, and published “Haunted Hikes of New Hampshire” in 2008, and in 2019 began working with a new publisher, Peter Randall Publishers of Portsmouth, on a 2nd edition. Marianne has written articles which have appeared in New Hampshire Magazine, Hippo Press, and other outlets. She has appeared in New Hampshire Public Television’s popular series, “Windows to the Wild” with Willem Lange. Since 2009, Marianne has presented programming in schools, libraries, and historical centers across New England.
