Get ready for the Be A Hero 5K this Saturday September 23rd. It’s a family friendly run/walk with professional timing scoring, superhero swag and awards for all. The course includes parts of the Lakes Region Conservation Trust trails, paved roads and 2 scenic lookouts. It’s dog friendly but all dogs must be leashed at all times.
