About NH Volunteer Response Teams:
Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) provide on-the-scene immediate assistance in the event of a disaster, offering vital support to first responders. Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) teams include clinical and non-clinical volunteers organized locally to improve the health and safety of their communities. The NH Disaster Behavioral Health Response Team (DBHRT) offers critical mental health support to individuals and communities affected by disasters. NH Disaster Animal Response Team (NHDART) works with the State, municipalities, animal organizations and volunteer groups to help prepare for and provide animal disaster services. www.NHresponds.org.
* WHO: Community Emergency Response Teams, Medical Reserve Corps Teams, the Disaster Behavioral Health Response Team, and Disaster Animal Response Teams from all areas of the state, including Lakes Region, South Central, North Country, Capital Area, Greater Nashua, Greater Manchester, and Upper Valley.

*WHAT: Volunteers will respond to a simulated tornado neighborhood disaster scene and use their knowledge and skills to find, rescue, and treat victims of the tornado.
