All work cleaning and sorting by category, set up, staffing and breakdown is handled by volunteers.

The Inter-Lakes / Moultonborough Academy Football team members help with the set up  lugging and tugging tables and boxes of books from the basement to the Function Room.

The Meredith Scouts of Troop 55 in Meredith assist with the breakdown which involves packing up and moving the books and tables back to the basement.   Volunteers from the Friends of the Meredith Library assist guests during all sale hours making sure that the books are neat and easy to review.

There is no admission but donations are accepted.  All proceeds fund speakers and programs for children and adults.

Book donations are welcome..please take them to the front desk. We do not accept textbooks, encyclopedias, out-of-date-travel guides or magazines.  And, please, no musty, wet or damaged books – we will not include them in our sale.

The location is Meredith Public Library, 91 Main Street, Meredith.  There is ample parking

at the back entrance parking lot off High Street and the sale is wheelchair accessible.

Thursday, May 18th from 9 to 6

Friday, May 19th from 9 to 4:30

Saturday, May 20th from 9 to 1:00
