The 10th Annual Squam Ridge Race is happening on Sunday September 25th at Burleigh Farm in Holderness. It is a 12.2 mile race through a section of the Squam Range, or a 4 mile race up and down Mt. Livermore. It is a great event to come watch or volunteer at even if you’re not a runner or a hiker. Race proceeds go to toward maintaining the 55 miles of trails in the Squam Watershed. This year you can designate your donation to go specifically toward everyone’s favorite hike – the Old Bridle Path up West Rattlesnake, which is in the process of having sections rebuilt. You can sign up to sponsor, volunteer, or participate in the Squam Ridge Race at www.SquamLakes.org.
