Snowmobile Trail Conditions, February 19, 2025
Please support the clubs by attending their events shown below. Be sure to check with event holders for updates/cancellations.
Great – Trail has a really good base, groomed flat with solid snow that should hold up to traffic.
Good – Trail is flat with a good base, there may be ice underneath, and while groomed snow could become a bit mushy.
Moderate – Trail has decent riding, but may have bare spots, ice, or rough sections.
Marginal – Trail is passable, but may have thin snow, open or partially filled water bars, bare spots, ice, or trees down.
COOS COUNTY
- Pittsburg Ridge Runners- Pittsburg/Clarksville: 100% OPEN 8-12” new snow groomed with great conditions. Logging continues and Corr. 20 is CLOSED between Jct. of 5/20 and 20/136. On the PRRSC map its between 911 trail Jct No’s 1921 & 2440. Indian Stream remains CLOSED due to logging.
- Colebrook Ski-Bees, Colebrook/Stewartstown: 100% OPEN 6-8” new snow groomed with moderate to good conditions. Primary 120 CLOSED for the season due to logging. Watch for logging on Corr.21A near the Jct. of 128. Watch the clubs FB page for updates.
- Swift Diamond Riders-Stewartstown/Clarksville/Dixville (Coleman State Park/Diamond Pond: 100% OPEN 6-8” new snow groomed with good to great conditions.
- Umbagog Snowmobile Association-Errol/Cambridge/Millsfield//Dixville: 100% OPEN 6-8” new snow groomed with good conditions. CAUTION: watch for construction equipment on Corr.18 between the Jct. of Primary 110 and 129.
- Stratford Nighthawks-Stratford/Columbia/Groveton: 100% OPEN 8-10” new snow groomed with moderate to good conditions. Moderate riding in the lower elevations and good in the higher elevations.
- Groveton Trailblazers-Northumberland/Groveton/Stark.100% OPEN 4-6” new snow groomed with moderate to good conditions. All trails are in Moderate to Good conditions except for Primary 109 which is Marginal to Moderate.
- Milan All Weather Riders-Milan/Dummer/Errol/Cambridge/Success: 100% OPEN 6-8” new snow groomed with good conditions. Watch the clubs FB page for updates.
- Lancaster Snowdrifters- Lancaster/Groveton/Jefferson/Whitefield: 100% OPEN 4-6” new snow groomed with moderate conditions. Watch for open water bars and some bare spots. Please stay off the ACTIVE rail line.
- Waumbek Methna Snowmobile Club- Jefferson/Randolph/Gorham/Lancaster: 100% OPEN groomed with good conditions. Club annual steak feed and poker run on 2/16/2025 $20 per person and $5 for hot dog plate. Please see club FB for more details.
- Presidential Range Riders-Randolph/Gorham/Shelburne: 80% OPEN 4” new snow groomed with moderate to good conditions. Bear Springs Trail is CLOSED due to logging for the season. From the T&C to the swing bridge is not groomed. Corr.19 South the T&C is not open at this point. Hope to open with soon with the pending snow storm this weekend.
- Whitefield Sno-Kings-Whitefield: 100% OPEN groomed with moderate to good conditions. Use Caution on Primary 105. Rails are showing.

GRAFTON COUNTY
- Alexandria Ledge Climbers-Alexandria: 100% OPEN groomed with moderate conditions.
- Asquamchumaukee Valley Snowmobile Club-Warren: 100% OPEN groomed including Powerline Loop. Riders should use CAUTION on the upper end of the powerline loop due to a summer washout.
- Baker River Valley Snowmobile Club- Dorchester/Groton/ Wentworth: 100% OPEN 10” new snow with good to great conditions. We got off to somewhat of a slow start to the season, but conditions are improving daily with frequent snow showers/storms. Grooming is ongoing throughout the entire system and trail conditions range from good to great. We still recommend you use caution in the lower elevations. With the upcoming storms this week and weekend we expect these areas to greatly improve. Join us this Saturday February 15th for our annual poker run event. 8:30-10 am check in- return by 2pm. $20 for firsthand and $10 for additional hands. Lunch included. Raffles and prizes for top poker hands. Looking for volunteers to assist with the event as well.

- Littleton Off Road Riders-Littleton/Whitefield/Bethlehem/Dalton/Lyman/Monroe: 80% OPEN 10” base snow groomed with moderate conditions. Two Bodies and Foster Hill CLOSED as well as Powerline Trail to the dam pit stop.
- Twin State Trail Busters-Lebanon: 50% OPEN groomed with marginal conditions. RR bed is good to excellent. West Lebanon loop is CLOSED permanently. Corridor 5 south to Meriden, exit 16, bike path, Shaker Mtn groomed with fair conditions.
- Lyme Pinnacle Snowmobile Club- Lyme/Orford/Dorchester/Canaan/Hanover/Wentworth: 100% OPEN Groomed with moderate to good conditions. New parking lot in Orfordville now open off Rt 25A.

CARROLL COUNTY
- Ossipee Valley Snowmobile Club-Albany/Madison/Tamworth/Sandwich/Ossipee/Freedom/Effingham: 100% OPEN All trails are open and groomed with midwinter conditions in our western trails system…Corridor 19 north is groomed with a few hazards but 19 south from McDonalds has many hazards and needs more snow…dog sled races are still scheduled for Sunday in our Tamworth trails so be extra vigilant…
- Seven Lakes Snowmobile Club-Wakefield/Brookfield/Wolfeboro/Effingham/Ossipee: 100% OPEN 10” new snow groomed with moderate to good conditions. CAUTION: Corridor 26 RR exposed in places.

BELKNAP COUNTY
- Belknap Snowmobilers-Gilford/Laconia: 100% OPEN 6-8” new snow groomed with moderate to good conditions.
- Belmont Bogie Busters-Belmont: 40% OPEN groomed with good conditions. 304 is open from Belmont Fairgrounds area to Gilmanton, Brookside Pizza and access to Gilmanton via Lakes Region Casino. Primary 302 from Rt 106 to corridor 9 and Lake Winnisquam is CLOSED.
- T-N Arch Trail Travelers-Northfield/Tilton/Canterbury/Belmont: 100% OPEN All gates are open, and all trails are at a least packed. Groomers were out last night hitting the west side around Liza’s Loop, Deer Tracks, a portion of the Bean Hill Trail and the Highland Mountain Trail. The plan is to get over to the east towards Canterbury and Belmont connectors tonight. As a reminder, Moose Tracks and a section of the Bean Hill trail are CLOSED for logging. Please obey signs and gates. As always, ride safely and use caution as some hazards may still need more snow cover. Will update again after tonight! - Mount Major Snowmobile Club-Alton/Gilmanton/Barnstead: 90% OPEN 10% NOT groomed with moderate conditions. Snow is still powdery but is packing well. CAUTION: Smaller club trails (identified by colors) have not yet been checked and groomed.
- Gilmanton Snowmobile Association-Gilmanton/Belmont/Loudon/Alton/Barnstead/Gilford: 100% OPEN Groomed with moderate to great conditions. Trails on old town roads are in great condition. A 1.5 mile stretch of Corridor 15 is CLOSED due to logging this season where it crosses NH Route 140. There is a convenient club trail which may be used as a detour. Maps are posted at the junctions.

- Old #4 Rod, Gun & Snowmobile Club- Charlestown: 80% OPEN Groomed with early season riding.
- Hidden Valley Sno-Riders- Lempster/Marlow/Gilsum/Stoddard/Washington: 90% OPEN. Grooming underway. 393 Lempster Bean Mountain to Windmills still CLOSED 393 Baine Road as well to Alstead. #385 to Sullivan and Keene still CLOSED at highway 10 Gilsum crossing. We are working on 384 Keyes Hollow to Unity. Trails to Stoddard, Washington, Goshen, and Acworth open. More snow in the forecast!
